Company policies
How we work — and what you can expect from us.
VionData Partners is committed to operating with transparency, integrity, and full compliance with Singapore's regulatory framework. The policies below govern how we engage with clients, candidates, and partners.
Privacy & Data Protection
VionData Partners collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services and do not sell or share personal information with third parties without explicit consent.
All personal data is stored securely and retained only for as long as required by law or the purpose for which it was collected. Individuals have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for the use of their personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Employment Agency Conduct
VionData Partners holds EA Licence No. 26S3507 issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore. We operate in full compliance with the Employment Agencies Act and the Employment Agencies Rules.
We do not charge placement fees to job seekers. All fees are borne by the hiring organisation. We do not engage in any form of deceptive recruitment practices and adhere strictly to the MOM's Code of Conduct for Employment Agencies.
Equal Opportunity & Fair Hiring
VionData Partners is committed to fair, merit-based hiring practices. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic in the recruitment process.
We actively encourage our clients to adopt the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP) and will not accept job orders that specify discriminatory requirements.
Confidentiality
All information shared with VionData Partners — whether by clients, candidates, or partners — is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose candidate profiles to any organisation without prior consent, and we do not share client mandates or commercial terms with third parties.
Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations that extend beyond the duration of any engagement.
Anti-Bribery & Conflicts of Interest
VionData Partners maintains a zero-tolerance policy on bribery, corruption, and undisclosed conflicts of interest. We do not offer or accept gifts, payments, or benefits that could influence business decisions.
Any potential conflict of interest is disclosed proactively to all relevant parties before an engagement proceeds.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or complaint about our conduct, please contact us directly at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to resolve it within ten business days.
If a resolution cannot be reached, complaints may be escalated to the Ministry of Manpower or the relevant regulatory authority in Singapore.
